Salary Management
In SYK Customs Consultancy, once a year in order to make the success sustainable with wages, fair and competitive wage policies and high performance standards; job levels, wage market, wage policy and performance parameters are taken into account.

In order to ensure that our employees are evaluated objectively, to reveal their potential, to increase their motivation and to reward success, a performance evaluation is carried out in our company once a year.
During the performance evaluation process, our employees are measured in terms of their individual development, business goals and competency levels.
Training and Development Management
SYK Customs Consultancy attaches importance to the professional development of our employees, as well as their personal development. For this reason, Syk Academy was established in 2007 in order to continuously support the development of our employees with training opportunities. Syk Academy is a learning, development and sharing platform where activities that will support the development of our employees are planned.
Training requests of our employees are received under the umbrella of Syk Academy, and their general training needs are determined and annual training programs are created. The evaluation results of all trainings given to our employees are analyzed and their efficiency is measured.
Suggestion System Management
At SYK Customs Consultancy, we have an online suggestion system open to the participation of all our employees. All kinds of remedial and applicable suggestions from our employees contribute to the development of all our processes.

An Appreciation-Recognition system was established in our company in 2012 in order to increase the loyalty, motivation, success and high performance of our employees.
